As part of the Asbury Park Redevelopment Zone, Parkview AP provides 20 new residential units.  Ten 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath units face Springwood Park as single family townhouses.  Each lot has a rear structure with a 2-car garage and a home office with a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment above.
