The Springwood Center Mixed-Use Building is considered one of the critical components in the redevelopment of the west side of Asbury Park. The building provides commercial uses on the first floor, affordable housing on the third floor and a permanent home for the Asbury Park Senior Center on the second floor. The building is conceived as making a bold statement in terms of its form and architectural presence and has received numerous awards.
