The project consists of a four-story structure with two residentail units per floor and a semi-attached private bungalow, which contains one additional unit. The project exterior replicates select details from the original historic structure including scroll-cut porch railing balusters, turned wood columns, slate roofing, and clapboard siding. Each unit contains outdoor balcony space, offering ocean views to the east.
